Private & online · In person around Chicago on Sundays

Then you book one-to-one time with Rita to ask everything the video raised — about your pregnancy, your hospital, your plan.
Local to Chicago? Optional in-person practice on Sundays — comfort measures, positioning, the things hands have to learn.

Latch and positioning, reading feeding cues, choosing a pump that suits you, and going back to work without losing your mind.
Reading newborn cues, bathing, swaddling, diapering, and infant massage you can actually keep doing at home.
